• Understanding and compliance with your company’s disciplinary procedures and the ACAS code of practice
• How to set SMART objectives against which performance can be managed
• The use of appropriate communication skills and conflict management in the disciplinary and grievance process

• Deal with issues pro-actively, constructively and with greater confidence
• Manage formal disciplinary meetings skillfully in accordance with policy and procedure
• Develop a basic knowledge and understanding of relevant employment law

This practical training is an essential for anyone whose job includes responsibility for managing discipline and grievances, from the Supervisors to Senior Managers
